    I hope you will consider expanding on this story. I don’t usually read fantasy, but I found the story exciting, leaving me with wanting to know more.

    There’s definitely a lot more story you could tell here! This would make a great prologue, perhaps giving you a look at where the story’s going to be later on, so that the reader’s hooked before you then go back and explain how the protagonist came to be in this place, and why he’s trying to reach the witch’s tower.

    Maybe this can be your Camp NaNo project. 🙂
